企業度寒冬 裕隆嚴凱泰不支薪

汽車市場陷入空前低潮，汽車業咬牙苦撐，不輕易向政府要求紓困。裕隆集團執行長嚴凱泰帶頭不支薪，停辦今年集團尾牙活動，全力降低成本，設法帶領集團度過景氣寒冬。


裕隆汽車表示，嚴凱泰兩年前接任公司董事長後，就沒有領過薪資，主要收入為董事酬勞金與持股分紅。這兩年國內汽車市場銷量陡降，嚴凱泰與其他裕隆董監的酬勞，也隨著公司獲利縮水。嚴凱泰也擔任裕隆日產汽車、中華汽車董事長，支領報酬金的狀況也與裕隆汽車相同。


根據各公司96年年報揭露的資訊，嚴凱泰去年在裕隆支領的董事酬勞在1,500萬至3,000萬元，在中華車的董事酬勞1,000萬至1,500萬元，裕日車為500萬至1,000萬元，保守估算，嚴凱泰在集團主要三家汽車事業的董事酬勞至少有3,000萬元。


除了在裕隆汽車不支薪，嚴凱泰去年10月起兼任中華汽車總經理，上任第一件事就是宣布不支領總經理薪水，要與員工共體時艱。


裕隆老主管表示，嚴凱泰願意放棄薪水，可以起帶頭作用，讓員工更有意願共體時艱；也能激勵自己好好經營公司，只有公司獲利提升，他的收入才會跟著提高。


不只嚴凱泰，其他車廠的老闆也都帶頭縮減支出。福特六和汽車所有主管配車，全部改為國產的Mondeo，去年初上任的老外總經理倪孟石，更是打破買新車的慣例，沿用前任總經理的老車Freestar為座駕，一點也不以為意。福特六和還大幅限縮出國洽公行程，儘量以視訊會議取代，若必須出國，則限搭經濟艙。

台新金表示，面對惡劣的金融環境，經營團隊減薪是面對問題、負責任的展現，至於高階主管減薪幅度，台新金主管不願透露。但台新銀經理職務的主管表示，每個主管減薪幅度並不相同，可能20%到30%不等。
