重覆人工流產腺肌症患者爆增

　年輕女性懷孕與重覆人工流產比率逐年增高，醫師發現婦女病型態也有了改變，有經痛與月經過多症狀的腺肌症、輸卵管阻塞與子宮粘連造成的次發性不孕症也增加了，值得注意的是被認為是產科危險妊娠首位的植入性胎盤發生率也有增加的趨勢。

　台中榮總婦產部主任何師竹指出，有非常多大型的研究已證明人工流產對女生生理健康會造成長期的傷害，她從臨床上也發現現今婦女疾病的排行，和人工流產盛行有關。

　婦科方面，腺肌症患者爆增，許多患者自述經痛、月經過多，一檢查全是腺肌症，原本子宮內膜與肌肉層有很好的界緣，因為重覆流產刮除，子宮的內膜長到肌肉層，演變成腺肌症。

　不孕症夫婦中也有超過半數的比率是續發性不孕症，過去曾懷孕過，但目前受孕困難，其中還有多數過去曾經施行人工流產。

　產科方面發現，曾接受人工流產者，各種妊娠前期、後期的併發症例如子宮外孕、前置胎盤等風險機率力增加，而如居危險妊娠第一名的植入性胎盤也就是胎盤長到子宮肌肉層的發生率也有增加的趨勢。
