生態農場人氣鵜鶘 生吞女童頭

圖／讀者提供一名兩歲女童日前在新竹縣綠世界生態農場和鵜鶘合影時，鵜鶘突然張嘴把女童的頭整個吞下，導致女童臉頸沾滿鳥的口水，還出現接觸性皮膚炎；家長向園方索賠廿萬元，雙方最後和解，但和解金額未透露。
女童母親說，女兒返家後天天作噩夢，對鳥類有畏懼感、不吃東西、精神恍惚，臉、耳、眼、手都出現皮膚炎，她帶女兒四處拜拜收驚。她原要求園方賠償兩萬元，綠世界只願付一萬元，她才把價碼提高到廿萬元。她說，女兒嚇得大哭，園方事後致贈三張招待券道歉，卻還限期兩個月內使用，令人不滿。

「我們已盡最大誠意處理！」綠世界表示，小朋友並無外傷，僅皮膚發炎，園方負責全額醫藥費和精神賠償金。鵜鶘又稱「送子鳥」，是園內人氣王，最大特色是有個伸縮自如的大喉囊，平日園方安排餵食秀，鵜鶘會上岸，讓遊客觀察和拍照；牠性情溫和，不會攻擊人，除非有人逗弄，才會作勢咬人，但不會真咬。

動物專家洪明仕表示，再溫馴動物都可能有野性，與動物接觸時還是保持距離。
