嚇死人！台灣青年失業率13.6％

〔自由時報記者楊久瑩／台北報導〕國內青年失業率居高不下，主計總處統計，今年以來，廿到廿四歲青年失業率逾十三％，是整體失業率四．二四％的三倍，比前三年失業率均值都高。

再過不久就是青年節，也是各大專院校畢業新鮮人的求職旺季，諷刺的是，根據勞委會剛委託完成的「我國青年職涯發展與追蹤」研究，有四成四青年表示，過去學校所學無助於就業。

在多元求職管道中，現階段沒有工作的青年以依賴人力銀行找工作達六十四．九％最多，其次是看報紙（卅．九％），同儕朋友介紹則為廿二．六％，比率都遠高過公立就服機構的十一．五％。

至於求職管道依賴人力銀行，並非政府的求職管道差，而是年輕人普遍依賴網路，加上人力銀行廣告經費多，促成網路人力銀行快速竄紅。

學者︰青年就業 年齡歧視嚴重

文化大學勞動學研究所李健鴻教授分析，青年就業市場「年齡歧視」嚴重，多數企業以「工作經驗不足」拒絕年輕人，不少年輕人只能先待在不需要太多經驗的非典型就業市場。

經驗不夠 成求職最大阻力

調查也發現，正值求職階段的青年，找工作遭到困難阻力是工作經驗不夠（廿二％），其次則是技能不足（十六．八％）、缺工作機會（十六．六％）。

致理技術學院林國榮教授受勞委會委託，去年底針對全國北中南東十五到廿九歲青年就業狀況進行研究發現，年輕人對現職不滿意而離開工作的原因，以五十六．三％「薪水太低」最高。

另青年工作價值觀以「追求工作穩定」為主、達三成五，「夢想與自我實現」達三成，「金錢」僅排第三。

主計總處今年二月最新的失業率統計，十五到廿九歲的青年中，以廿到廿四歲失業率十三．五八％最高，是整體失業率四．二四％的三．二倍。

跟鄰近國家比，台灣二○一一年青年失業調查為十二．七％，遠較日本七．九％、韓國九．四％都要高。
