護理系模擬病房 數位病人會呻吟

〔記者邱芷柔／鹽埔報導〕為了縮小課本知識與實際操作間差異，大仁科技大學護理系花
費三百萬元打造「臨床模擬示範教室」，除了將空間打造成病房，更有無線高擬真數位模
擬人METIman，模擬人不僅會呻吟、咳嗽、流淚，更能真實反映生命跡象變化，讓學生臨
床針對模擬情境做出判斷與處置。

「我眼睛好癢！呼…呼吸困難！」配和聲音和動作，無線高擬真數位模擬人METIman，不
僅能模擬病患的反應，也能呈現生理數據，如心電圖、血壓、體溫等，學生還可以在模擬
人身上打針、量血壓。

大仁科大護理系老師張淑女說，傳統護理訓練是在臨床實習遇到真正罹病的病人時，才有
機會實際練習技術，剛到醫院服務時一旦面對急重症病患，往往容易驚慌失措，透過「臨
床模擬示範教室」，學生可以在接近真實的情境裡反覆的練習，提升實務經驗。

護理系二年級學生方婕恩說，學校特別安排他們在實習前，到模擬教室進行擬真人的操作
，透過擬真練習，大大降低他們的緊張感。

大仁科大護理系主任蘇貞瑛表示，目前軟體設定有十餘種情境，系上老師陸續增置不同情
境，希望透過模擬訓練，提升護理系學生進入臨床的照護技能。
