台灣熱血女大生VS.美國十歲小女生

十二月五日，全球諸多媒體都報導了美國十歲女童麥蒂莘凱斯德（Madisyn Kestell）發現其母昏倒，打電話叫救護車後，和朋友仿照美國當紅影集《實習醫生》（Grey’s Anatomy）手法，對其母進行心肺復甦術。急救員說，若不是女童反應機警，其母恐性命難保。

上個月的台灣，各報報導有一名二十歲的「熱血」女大生，在某週日下午一時許，行經新北市板橋區文化路驚見老婦昏倒路中，其夫嚇得不知所措，有路人幫忙打一一九，她則就近跑到中英醫院求救。這個過程，她像個英雄般的被報導，有「熱血」、有「救人」云云。動輒指揮護士「用跑的啊」，還對記者發表評語表示，「反而是在旁幫忙的中年男子，看起來比護士專業」。

兩例相較，或能看出台灣這則新聞的謬誤何在，美國的小學生其實比拙文的女大生來得有用多了！美國小學生是用實際的急救技術在救人，台灣的這位女大生則是「大聲」救人，呼來喝去，試問全天下有執照的護士、護理師，如果有人要你擅離你的執照登錄地址，你們可知，這等於是「棄眼前的病患於不顧嗎？」

而該大學女生錯認的「看來比護士專業的中年男子」，其實正是她譴責的醫院急診室醫師蔡文福，蔡醫師在現場也確認了老嫗的生命徵象。

當天各台新聞幾乎一面倒的以這位女大生（聲？）的觀點報導，中廣新聞最誇張，竟然用「老婆婆命喪街頭，女同學怨護士太冷漠」來大灑狗血，讓觀眾對「護士太冷漠」和「老婆婆命喪街頭」產生因果關係的不當聯想。

如果這位女生真的這麼「熱血」，建議她相偕各台記者們都去報考ＣＰＲ，下次街頭如果還有人路倒，麻煩把吼人的力氣，拿來對需要救治的人吹兩口氣，麻煩把扛攝影機的力氣，拿來替傷者進行心臟按摩，麻煩這群人施展美國十歲小女生就懂的急救技術，先把病人穩定下來，待病人送到醫院後，再讓醫護們於自己的戰場上救回病人。（作者為部落客醫師，http://ybonbon.blogspot.com/）
