狼醫假教聽診 性騷擾掛號小姐
〔記者何瑞玲、吳柏軒／新北報導〕日本A片看太多？新北市一家診所吳姓老醫師，佯裝教導如何使用聽診器，涉嫌拿聽診器伸入17歲掛號小姐的衣服內摸胸，見被害人驚恐，還說「不要害怕、不要害羞」，直到有病患求診才作罷；事發後測謊未過，板橋地檢署昨起訴他後，請求法官依兒少法規定加重其刑。

這家診所在1樓，年逾6旬的老醫師住樓上，平時求診病患不少。記者昨天走訪，診所空無一人，詢問「有人在嗎？」吳姓老醫師從2樓下來，只以「不是，沒有，沒事了」回應，便將記者推離診所。

佯教被害人使用聽診器

檢方調查，現年18歲的被害人，去年到這家診所擔任掛號小姐，去年底某日上午8時，診所剛開門營業，吳姓老醫師見診所內沒有其他醫護人員、病患在場，佯裝要教被害人如何使用聽診器，接著便將聽診器伸入被害人的內衣內，以手撥弄被害人胸部。

簡訊泣訴被摸光光

被害人被突如其來舉動嚇得驚恐莫名，老醫師卻鎮定說「不要害怕、不要害羞」，接著又繼續撫摸被害人胸部，直到有預約病患走進診所才住手。被害人隨即用手機傳簡訊給黃姓、許姓友人，投訴遭老醫師猥褻，直說不想做了、太可怕了，表示被老醫師摸光光、看光光，「怎麼辦，每一次打簡訊，眼眶就泛淚，好想哭」，當天下午又用電話向母親哭訴，隨後向警方報案。

老醫師否認強制猥褻，只承認有教掛號小姐使用聽診器，但沒有摸胸。檢方安排老醫師到調查局測謊，老醫師對於「沒有用手抓掛號小姐的胸部」，及「沒有撫摸掛號小姐的胸部」等問題出現異常反應。

檢方參酌相關人證詞、通聯及簡訊等事證，以及被害人受害當下的反應，認定老醫師涉案。

吳姓醫師去年12月間趁著診所無人，佯稱教女員工用聽診器「聽心跳」，將聽診器伸進女員工內衣中摸胸。檢方偵結後，依強制猥褻罪起訴吳男。

板橋地檢署今天公布的起訴書指出，65歲吳姓醫師在新北市三重區經營1家小兒科診所，去年8月間僱用17歲的被害女子擔任掛號人員。

吳男去年12月某日上午見診所內無其他護士、病患，以教導女子使用聽診器「聽心跳聲」為由，將聽診器伸入女子內衣中，用手撥弄胸部。

起訴書指出，吳男見女子神情驚恐，還安撫說「不要害怕、不要害羞」並持續摸胸，直到有病患求診才罷手。女子離開診所後旋即向友人哭訴，並由母親陪同報案。

檢警偵辦期間，吳姓醫師坦承有用聽診器為女子聽診，矢口否認有觸碰胸部，但未通過測謊。

檢方偵結後依強制猥褻罪將吳男提起公訴，並以故意對未滿18歲少女犯罪，依兒童及少年福利法建請法院加重其刑。
