科技新貴不再貴了數據會說話

科技新貴過去是人人稱羡的工作，但近兩年實施員工分紅費用化後，股票分紅依市價課稅，也讓科技人的薪資銳減！據1111人力銀行調查指出，科技新貴的退休準備金是兩千八百萬，其實只比一般上班族多了五百萬元。如果加上加班時間，其實科技人的所得與一般工作所得差距並不大。(彭清仁報導)

早期竹科新貴因為分紅配股，寫下不少傳奇，也讓科技新貴成為人人稱羡的工作！最風光的時候，就連掃地的歐巴桑都有上千萬元的身價，但隨著員工分紅費用化之後，這兩年科技廠不再分股票，而改以調薪方式留住人才，只是詳細分析，竹科新貴的光環真的褪色了許多。

據1111人力銀行調查指出，科技業平均年薪是一百零二萬元，雖然比一般上班族六十五萬元多了卅七萬；但科技業每週工時是五十一點二三小時，比非科技上班族多了兩個小時，換算下來，每個月多付出八個小時，換來七千元的薪資，差距其實並不大。另外，科技人規畫退休準備金是兩千八百萬，五十歲退休；與一般上班族五十四歲退休，退休準備金是兩千三百萬元，差距也是相當有限。至於一般上班族退休後，真的就是享受遊山玩水的生活，但科技人退休後則大都希望轉行。因此綜合各項數據，科技新貴其實並不貴。而不少竹科人也經常感嘆生不逢時，未能在竹科最輝煌時恭逢其盛，也自嘲現在不是科技新貴，而是﹂碗糕」。在金融海嘯期間，就有不少科技人毅然決然離開科技界，勇敢創業或投入傳統產業，也都有不錯的成績。
