【張芳榮、簡威弘╱台北報導】竹聯幫天堂一批惡棍，因懷疑旗下一名酒店小姐向警告密，五、六名幫眾竟將她押到空屋扒光衣物，在寒冬淋冰水、吹冷氣凌虐，還在眾目睽睽下讓一名小弟性侵逞獸慾，被害人事後自殺獲救，此番惡行才曝光，警方發現該堂口也從事暴力討債及販毒，昨逮捕十一嫌到案，他們竟大言不慚辯稱：「我們只是受委託處理債務！」

警方調查，主嫌范英誠（三十三歲）自稱竹聯幫天堂大哥，命手下蔡明熙（三十歲）等人在中山區創立酒店經紀公司，還在士林區華齡街成立「善德宮」，掩護放高利貸、販毒等不法勾當，甚至與新北市蘆洲區綽號「黑點」的角頭串聯，從事暴力討債。

女尋短幸救回

警方指出，因該堂口今年初有小弟被捕，蔡嫌懷疑旗下酒店小姐告密，竟率小弟將她強押至空屋，扒光其身上衣物，在氣溫僅攝氏八度的寒冬，命小弟朝其身上潑冷水、吹冷氣，過程中有一名小弟因性慾高漲，竟當眾性侵酒店小姐，還強索賠償金五萬元，酒店小姐身心受創自殺，所幸家人發現送醫救回一命，竹聯幫天堂的惡行因此曝光。

出獄後可升職

范嫌旗下有五十多名幫眾、勢力龐大，若有小弟因案入獄，每月可獲五千元安家費，出獄後更可「升職」為帶班幹部，專門放高利貸給民眾或酒店小姐，四年來至少逾二十人受害。

「簡直是土匪」

一名被害人指出，她遭蔡嫌等十多人持槍強押到山區毆打，被迫簽本票，此後永無寧日，連家都不敢回。

一名受害的國際標準舞教練報案表示，蔡嫌等人向他強索一百多萬元，否則要讓他招不到學生；還有被害人在大樓門口，遭到幫眾圍堵強擄進家中搜括其財物，他氣得大喊：「他們簡直是土匪！」

警方昨天凌晨逮捕范嫌等十一名男女，嫌犯否認暴力討債，辯稱只是受委託處理債務問題，訊後被依違反《組織犯罪防制條例》、妨害性自主、恐嚇等罪嫌移送台北地檢署偵辦。
