力的承受度決定了你的價值

在一個富翁的桌上擺著一塊鑽石，光彩奪目地閃爍著，牆角的火爐邊並放有一些煤炭。
煤炭們哀聲嘆氣：「唉！為什麼我們天生身體黑？天生沒價值？天生這副德性？唉～！」

鑽石聽了很不忍，便開口安慰道：「同胞們，別難過了嘛！」

煤炭們一聽，七嘴八舌地回答：「同胞？不會吧！我們是同胞？」
「我們可不像你天生好命，材質非凡呢！別挖苦我們了！」
「就是說啊，我們怎麼可能是同胞！」

鑽石回答：「真的，我沒騙你們，我們可是遠房親戚呢！咱們的成份都是『碳』，難道不是同胞嗎？」

煤炭們嘆惋道：「天啊！老天真是不公平！為什麼我們的命運差那麼多？」

鑽石慢慢地說：「這是因為----我在地底時承受到了很大的壓力，再者，我沒有像各位那麼早出土，
我選擇在地下多待了好幾千年，所以我們後來的樣子會不同。」

同樣都是碳構成的，差異卻如此之大！

在這則故事的最後，

鑽石所告訴煤炭親戚們的話，

也教導了我們兩個重要的人生功課：

第一、要能受得住壓力，否則不易成功。

第二、人要懂得「該出頭時再出頭」，

不要浮躁、冒失地強出頭，太急於表現，

太急於出土，慣於太早提出自己不成熟的意見、表現…..，

將來您的價值不過是塊「煤炭」；

在土裡多待一會兒，學習穩重一點，內斂一點，謹慎一點，

該出頭! 時再出頭，該發言時再發言，該表現時再表現，

則將來您的價值有可能是塊「鑽石」。

人生要多學習「穩重」的功課。

其人不穩重，

其未來的路也不會穩！

您人生的價值會是「煤炭」抑或「鑽石」？

在於您如何面對壓力，

以及能否不毛躁、不冒進。
