桃園設國際醫療專區 有譜

國際醫療專區設置有譜，在桃園縣政府積極爭取下，行政院指示衛生署評估可行性，規劃在桃園航空城高鐵站產業專用區內設置國際醫療專區，發展重症、保健及觀光醫療三大項目。一旦計畫拍板定案，桃園縣政府將向醫院、企業招商。

搭上兩岸直航的熱潮，大陸、外國觀光客來台從事醫療的商機大，成為上述國際醫療專區招商的有利誘因。

桃園縣政府日前初步向行政院提出規劃方案，行政院指示衛生署評估可行性，衛生署長楊志良、高鐵局等政府官員一周前已前往桃園縣政府聽取「國際醫療專區規劃簡報」。

衛生署醫事處長石崇良昨（20）日表示，高鐵桃園站特定區設國際醫療專區「機會很高」。桃園縣政府希望結合航空城躍上國際舞台，建置國際醫療專區，驅動醫療生技產業。

石崇良指出，不論是新加坡或者規劃中的杜拜，發展國際醫療必須具備與國際接軌的交通、產業聚落和結合觀光旅遊等條件，高鐵桃園站特定區就具備上述三條件，發展國際醫療很有潛力。

打造未來黃金十年，行政院將力推十大服務業，醫療服務國際化就是其中之一，希望借重台灣有競爭力的醫療水準和價格，結合兩岸直航後大批的大陸、外國觀光客來台，建立台灣醫療品牌。據瞭解，航空公司與旅行社業者也展開合作，推廣來台醫療、健檢。

【記者蘇秀慧／台北報導】行政院會本周四（24日）將通過「台灣醫療服務國際化行動計畫」，預計四年內投入1.7億元，積極推動國際醫療，建立台灣的國際醫療品牌形象，並加速修法放寬專辦國際醫療機構得以公司型態設立，即專辦國際醫療的私人機構得設立公司，搶攻陸客市場。
