叫學生去死 師惡行遭踢爆

高雄縣東門國小的路姓教師，動不動叫學生「去死」，向學生丟書本，也叫女學生摸男同學「重要部位」，搞得學生皮皮剉，家長將教師的乖張行徑錄音向議員爆料，昨在議會引起譁然，縣長楊秋興表示，若查明屬實，就送教評會。

被指控的路姓教師教五年級，他在課堂上開罵、丟書本的「情景」全都被錄音，長達二百多分鐘的內容，家長摘錄成文字稿連同光碟向議員投訴。

縣議員郭素桃昨天公布光碟，質疑路姓導師今年9月起，言行變本加厲，嚴重不適任。議長許福森要求教育處查明，教育處長李黛華致電學校，校長楊禮清坦承路姓教師確有不當的「口頭禪」，教學會舉負面比喻，11月下旬已調為科任老師。

投訴家長反映，路姓老師常叫學生去死、白癡，會突然向學生丟書本或拉高分貝。有學生忘了帶餐具，被罰拿抹布當口罩，午睡過頭，就罰洗頭。學生作文談「我的志願」，想當總統的學生，被揶揄為將來可以Ａ錢。家長經營輪胎行的一名學生說，讀書是為了賺錢，路老師竟教他刺破別人的輪胎，再請他們到家裡來換。

路老師坦承，與學生互動時會用較「口語化」的表達方式，但絕無傷害小孩之意。他說，小學生理解有限，他教導時會盡量「口語化」，或許有些話經轉述後被誤解。

他解釋，學生想當總統，動機及價值觀不知是否正向，因此才以反話點醒。

校方日前曾召開班親會，支持與反對路姓老師的家長形成兩派，一名鍾姓家長說，「路老師教學沒有問題，學校若因少數人陳情就換老師，是否意味贊同家長縱容溺愛小孩」。
