「細菌冰塊搖茶」 20年高檔形象受損

一向強調「高檔質感」的古典玫瑰園，其實可以算是國內下午茶連鎖店的開山始祖，20年的老品牌，靠著嚴格管理走向國際，這回卻因為一家分店的製冰機水管有問題，做出「細菌冰塊」，形象受損！業者決定先停賣這家店的冰飲，主動送檢樣本，替品牌止血。


招牌的英式玫瑰冰茶，一壺要價近200元，竟然是用生菌數超標1萬倍的冰塊搖出來的，下午上門的客人聽了直呼不可思議。消費者：「他們很有名，有失望，可是他們應該會改善。」

細菌冰塊現形，古典玫瑰園士林店形象大傷，業者決定把冰塊自行送檢，同步停賣冰飲，現在懷疑才消毒過的製冰機會出包，可能是送水管線被污染。

古典玫瑰園副總倪中慧：「這個部分我們也是在請廠商，協助我們了解、做相關檢測，營業外的部分(大樓水管)，我想我們也會針對水質相關部分，一起做檢驗。」

重複示範，茶杯、茶壺都先用滾水燙過、殺菌，業者積極替冰塊事件止血，畢竟標榜高檔的古典玫瑰園，從裝潢擺飾到茶具餐盤都講究精緻，從1990年創立到現在，全台展店30家，靠著專賣英式下午茶，成功進軍大陸、美國、韓國等國家。

本土品牌靠著嚴格管理的品牌作風，拚上國際舞台，如今因為一顆冰塊，得重新面臨考驗。
