網路賣隱形眼鏡 違反藥事法判刑

（中央社記者黃旭昇台北縣21日電）您知道隱形眼鏡屬於醫療器材嗎？喜歡在網路上交易者要注意了，張姓網路賣家在部落格販售中國大陸隱形眼鏡為警查獲，板橋地方法院判決有期徒刑4月，緩刑3年。


判決書表示，被告張姓男子去年10月起，至今年4月底為止，未經核准擅自從中國大陸山東省濟南市的眼鏡公司，輸入角膜變色放大片之隱形眼鏡。


貨物以航空包裹寄到台北縣林口鄉張姓男子住處後，在兩家網路的部落格張貼廣告販售，以賺取每付眼鏡新台幣500元至800元的價差。


板橋地院審理後認為，擅自輸入醫療器材，在網路販售醫療器材，分別都違反藥事法，且有危及消費者視力健康的潛在風險，因此分別判處有期徒刑3月，應執行有期徒刑4月，緩刑3年。


台北縣府衛生局表示，隱型眼鏡屬二級醫師處方用醫療器材，包括眼鏡行、量販店等販售處，依藥事法規定需申請查驗登記。


衛生局藥物食品科長王淑芬提醒民眾，眼睛為靈魂之窗，有眼球屈光問題，應尋求合格眼科醫師診治，向有衛生署許可證字號，具合法藥商資格的實體店面購買配戴，勿配戴從網路購買來路不明、沒有保障的隱形眼鏡。980721
