要求繳交押金 患者不滿

〔記者蔡宗勳／水上報導〕這未免太誇張了，只因住院病人不假外出違反規定，嘉義市陽明醫院竟然凌晨1點55分叫醒病患，要求患者辦理出院手續，並繳交2萬3000元押金，引發患者不滿，並且痛斥院方矯枉過正，漠視基本人權。


院方解釋 依健保局規定

對此，陽明院方則表示，由於醫院上個月發生住院病患不假外出車禍致死案例，護理部遭嚴厲檢討，且因林姓病患多次不假外出，護理人員擔心其睡到一半又跑出去，所以，才依健保局規定要求對方退院，可能執行過程造成誤解，將檢討改進。


水上鄉林姓女子投訴指出，7月2日在陽明醫院由院長謝錦祥開刀治療後，住進個人病房，7日晚上因家裡有事，未向院方請假就跑回家，9點多接到院方催促電話，10點多返回醫院，11點就寢，不料，翌日凌晨1點55分竟然被謝姓護理師叫起床，要求她立即辦理出院手續。


林女表示，由於自己不假外出在先，對好夢正酣被叫醒雖感到憤怒，但因內疚，所以還是在出院書簽名，沒想到，又被要求付2萬3000元押金，因住院身上沒太多現金也未帶提款卡，因而向朋友求助，朋友電話中向護理師反應不合理，才未要求立即出院。


院長謝錦祥強調， 該院上月深夜有位住院患者不假外出，結果不到10分鐘就發生車禍致死，由於醫院對住院患者負有保護責任，追究責任歸屬，護理部首當其衝，且健保局對是否確實住院查核十分嚴謹，不假外出被查獲將改為自費，健保不再給付。

謝錦祥說，護理人員因殷鑑不遠，且在林女一再不假外出情況下，才會半夜通知出院，若因此讓患者感到不愉快，院方表示抱歉，但請諒解護理人員的無奈。
