蘋果農藥安殺番 吃多恐致癌

3月底衛生署悄悄將用於蘋果的蔬果殺蟲劑「安殺番」殘留標準，從「不能檢出」開放到容許0.5ppm，即使衛生署強調，這已經比美、日嚴格，不過國內毒物科專家還是很憂心，大聲疾呼萬萬不可，因為人體內累積多了，不但會造成畸胎、男性生殖器變形，也有致癌的風險。


香噴噴的蘋果大口大口的吃，不過小心，現在蘋果可能沒以前安全了，因為衛生署3月悄悄將用於蘋果的農藥「安殺番」，殘留標準提升到0.5ppm，號稱跟美國、日本、澳洲的1.0ppm標準比起來，台灣的標準更嚴格，就連馬鈴薯、桃子，和櫻桃也提高成0.2~0.5ppm不等。


可是，毒物專家很反對，認為就像吃了DDT一樣，醫生建議，自保之道，吃蘋果先削皮，或者多吃纖維含量高的食物來幫忙代謝，比較保險。(民視新聞翁郁容、葉尚松台北報導)
