壓力大 醫師：夜間磨牙患者暴增

台中市一名婦人最近出現牙齒咬合困難及張口就疼痛問題，中山醫學大學口腔學研究中心醫師陳怡睿今天表示，這是磨牙所造成，因為壓力大，近來夜間磨牙患者暴增2到3成。

口腔顎面外科醫師陳怡睿表示，這名37歲的單親媽媽，日前因牙齒咬合困難，甚至說話及進食都感到疼痛不已，而到牙科就醫。

經陳怡睿診斷發現，由於患者長期處於高壓力工作環境，加上離婚後需獨自扶養小孩，在經濟及家庭的雙重壓力下出現「夜間磨牙」的症狀。

陳怡睿說，或許是因為不景氣的影響，最近有愈來愈多因夜間磨牙前來就診的案例，近半年來增加2至3成，嚴重者已出現進食困難、無法正常咬合的情形。

陳怡睿說，這名患者雖然常感到牙齒及下巴酸痛不舒服，卻也不以為意，直到同睡一房的女兒發現媽媽在睡覺時會發出咯咯響的咬牙聲，才開始正視自己的磨牙問題。

患者在醫師建議下接受咬合板的治療，經過一個多月的咬合板觀察記錄，已明顯改善雙頰肌肉疼痛、牙齒咬合困難及下顎關節左右偏差等症狀，陳怡睿說，現在患者晚上睡覺不再有「咬牙切齒」的聲音，女兒也能安穩的睡覺。

陳怡睿指出，夜間磨牙容易造成牙齒、咀嚼肌酸痛及下顎關節損害，而牙齒相互磨久了會導致琺瑯質磨損，嚴重者更會在睡覺時發出滋滋的捻髮音、關節咯咯作響、下顎關節左右偏差的症狀。

陳怡睿提醒民眾，當發現自己出現夜間磨牙問題時，可藉由咬合板治療來觀察夜晚牙齒磨咬的痕跡，再進行牙齒高度調整，最高治癒率可達8成左右。
