英研究：女性情緒智能高 更能享受性福

英國一項最新研究指出，情緒智能（Emotional intelligence, EI）較高的女性，更能享受「性福」。

倫敦國王學院（King's College London）研究人員，對2035名年齡在18到83歲的女性雙胞胎自願者進行調查，受訪者針對她們的性行為、性表現及情緒智能等問題，提供詳細答覆。

研究人員發現，不論是自慰或性行為過程，情緒智能與性高潮次數有重要關連，情緒智能愈高的女性，性高潮的次數也愈多。

情緒智能是指能監看並管理自我和他人感受與情緒的能力。

負責這項研究的心理學家柏里（Andrea Burri）指出，情緒智能對女性的性活動有直接影響，它讓女性能和性伴侶溝通，她對性行為的期待和需求，也有可能幫助她們在性交過程中，更富性幻想能力。

倫敦國王學院雙胞胎研究部門主任史派克特（TimSpector）教授指出，研究發現情緒智能對很多生活層面帶來益處，包括床笫之歡，研究結果將極有助於開發行為與認知治療方法，以改善女性的性生活品質。

這項研究結果刊登在「性醫學期刊」（The Journa-l of Sexual Medicine）。
