台灣民眾可以1天無政府 不能沒超商

在台灣，人們可以一天不和政府打交道，卻不能一天不去便利超商！台灣超商密度居世界之冠，平均二千五百人即有一家超商，估計逾八百五十萬人每天都要到便利商店報到。台灣便利超商的經營奇蹟，就連被喻為「新興市場教父」的世界級投資大師莫比爾斯(Mark Mobius），都砸了新台幣三十億元來投資。


根據日前出爐的「二○○九台灣連鎖年鑑」，去年台灣四大便利超商系統－統一超商、全家便利、萊爾富、ＯＫ便利，店數共有九一八四家，目前最新數據則又增加九十九家，達到九二三八家。業者估計，今年底台灣地區的便利超商數最高可衝到九千四百八十家左右，已逐漸接近破萬店紀錄。


超商密度冠全球 平均每人二天逛一次


全家便利商店董事長潘進丁認為，二○○○年時，台灣便利超商有五大品牌，處於百家爭鳴，一年市場可增加六百多家新店。但至去年，便利超商年增店數降到一百五十多家，營收總額年增率也從火紅的兩位數，到去年一．一八％，顯示「台灣超商業態的市場真正進入飽和期。」

台灣超商密度高居世界之冠，平均二千五百人即有一家超商，估計超過八百五十萬人每天都要到便利商店報到。尼爾森先前一份「消費者購物行為調查」也顯示，愛消費的台灣人，每月平均到便利商店購物次數達十五次，等於二天就會到便利商店買東西。便利商店滲透你我生活，對便利商店的依賴越來越深。


方便鄰居 統一超商一年代收額一千億


不過，台灣便利超商的發展奇蹟，並不在數量，統一超商營運長謝健南指出，「關鍵在了解現代人的需要、解決人們的不便。」謝健南舉例，統一超商發現人們繳費的不便，在一九九九年首先開發中發電信電話帳單繳費業務，之後這項代收繳費服務衍生出十大類項服務，包括目前有電信、水電、停車、瓦斯、加值卡、分期付款、信用卡、交通費、金融壽險金、有線電視等，一年有超過一億六千筆代收服務，代收金額高達一千億元。

二○○○年台灣網路泡沫化，但無線虛擬的生活趨勢卻是一股無法擋潮流。便利超商中的萊爾富首先在○四年引進一台「Life-ET」多媒體機，剛推出時，還有許多人質疑：這台機器好像是來佔地方的！

沒想到○四、○五年網路快速發展，接著統一超商也導入ibon機、全家也建構FamiPort多媒體終端機，這小小一台機器，可以整合票券、網路服務，將虛擬消費與實體販售有了整合連結。統一超商透露，ibon導入駕照換發服務後，目前已經有超過三成民眾改在統一超商換駕照，因為省時又方便。

潘進丁在「便利商店產業動態分析」中指出，資策會估算○八年線上購物金額可達二千四百三十億元，便利超商挾網路之便，與網路通路形成虛實互應，便利超商可提供更有競爭力價錢。

「在二五○ＣＣ瓶子中，思考如何能裝進五○○ＣＣ容量」謝健南說，台灣便利商店產業已進入到「質」的時代，目前一家便利商店販售商品大約有二、三千項，要持續獲利進步，他認為關鍵在回到「了解顧客需要」而給予深化互動。
