〔本報訊〕媒體報導，台南市國民黨籍議員洪玉鳳的丈夫郭勝煌，帶80多歲老母到眼科診所看眼疾，因不耐久候，請衛生局主祕林碧芬打電話給診所安排插隊看診。對此，網友砲轟，急不會去大醫院掛急診，去診所耍什麼特權，很離譜。

報導指出，郭勝煌目前在台南市議會擔任專員，大前天帶外傭推著坐輪椅母親來看病，掛7號。因為不耐久候，郭勝煌詢問診所電話不久後，林碧芬便打電話到診所，表示有名病患是市議員洪玉鳳的婆婆，詢問為何讓家屬等那麼久。不過，有護士私下說，掛號後才14分鐘就接到衛生局關切電話，況且當時老婦已在做視力檢查，「這樣有等太久嗎？」

對此，郭勝煌解釋，因母親年紀大、體弱多病，他擔心母親久等恐引發其他疾病，才請衛生局主任祕書幫忙，等打完電話也僅提前2號，並非耍特權。

林碧芬也坦承，確實因接到郭勝煌電話去電診所了解，但沒關說，只希望診所能向病患和家屬說清楚等候時間；至於身為妻子的洪玉鳳則說，不知道此事，若造成困擾願道歉。

有網友批評，那麼急不會去大醫院掛急診，去診所耍什麼特權，很離譜；也有網友調侃，得了政治大頭病，那是無藥可醫的；還有網友認為，我們也該多打電話給主秘看能不能提前個兩號。
