耳鼻喉科小針美容 女控醫害留疤

東森新聞 – 2012年4月19日 下午6:00桃園一名周姓女子今天出面投訴，說她日前到耳鼻喉科看診，發現有做小針美容，可以幫她利用微晶瓷，填補眉心中的凹陷，只是沒想到打了之後，出現紅腫，都沒有消去，找上醫師，說是過敏產生單純紅腫，直到去其他醫師求診，才發現皮膚恐怕會留下疤痕。

周小姐和朋友來到醫院，找上這名戴口罩、沒有穿醫師袍的醫師，因為她指控，來這裡做小針美容，結果卻出了問題，雙方越鬧越僵，這時周小姐想請朋友幫忙拍攝醫院內部情況，再度和醫師發生口角。

原來這名周小姐到這家耳鼻喉科，發現有做小針美容，可以施打微晶瓷填補眉心中的凹陷，但沒想到打了之後，出現紅腫，一個月都沒有消掉。

到底是單純手術後遺症，還是有醫療疏失，雙方各說各話，最後可能得鬧上法院，由法院來斷定

共通的是, 只要出了岔 都要拿出"誠意"來 (壓力)

玩醫美 敢賺 , 但也要隨時準備 賠

就算 整型, 皮皮科 遇上了, 一樣狠扒 一層皮 ~~ (不要啊)

女婿醫師應該很有心得和經驗了 (怕怕)

遇到醫療糾紛要特別小心

如果不幸遇到醫療糾紛和醫療疏失,當事人和家屬最想知道的是真相和公道.
但在追尋真相與公道時,家屬往往忽略了自我保護的意識.
而使自己也成為被告,造成身心嚴重傷害.

案例
97年4月中旬有位婦人到北港諸元牙醫診所拔牙，經蔡爾封醫師拔牙後死亡。事後蔡爾封醫師和其妻戴靜芬女士自己向家屬表達要到靈前上香，可是卻偷偷帶著錄音機到死者家中，在死者靈前錄下與死者家屬的談話內容，並以此錄音內容向【嘉義】與【雲林】兩地的警局提出告訴。
這種不光明的行為，不僅不尊重死者也無誠意。更讓死者家屬在痛失親人之際，又要同時面對兩地警局的傳喚，這真是有失做“人”的基本道德。

所以,如果不幸遇到了醫療糾紛,要懂得保護自己,因為有醫生用表裡不一的方式處理糾紛,家屬一定要特別小心.
