打119叫救護車未來可能要收費了，其實台北市早就訂出救護車收費標準，但為了服務民眾，一直都沒有實施，不過，台北市議員卻發現，不少民眾只要有一點病痛，就打119求救，儼然把救護車當成小黃，因此要求消防局未來，只要是輕症患者，一趟收費1200元，希望避免救護資源被浪費。

警鈴一響，接獲任務指示，30秒內救護人員緊急出動，開著救護車趕往救人地點，這回是一名婦人昏迷要送醫急救，但有時候，到了現場才發現，病患的狀況根本不危急。

民眾貪方便，把救護車當成計程車，屢見不鮮，讓救護車疲於奔命，市議員就發現，民眾濫用救護資源的狀況越來越離譜，以去年一整年10萬趟出勤任務分析，就有3萬趟其實不需要救護車，議員因此痛批就因為沒嚴格執行救護車收費，才養成民眾壞習慣，如果以救護車收費標準，基本車費800元加上400元的技術員費，一年就浪費了3600萬元。

官員強調會盡最大努力公告收費，最快明年1月，如果經過救護人員研判，沒達到重傷或緊急的標準，民眾可能就要自付1200元的救護車出勤費用。

倘若不是直接讓民眾承受不給付的壓力，
而是把最終壓力丟給醫護人員

那注定是會失敗的

倘若健保不給付的壓力就是民眾必須自費，而非醫療院所跟健保請款
那麼健保目前財政顯然會健全許多

有"救護車總額" 救護員每趟都要計若干點 每季算你出了幾趟 就給多少點 然後市政府出的錢跟以前一樣 只是你們照出勤總數目分

管他十萬趟 二十萬趟 三十萬趟.... 都會乖乖做完的
