（中央社記者陳清芳台北7日電）乳癌荷爾蒙療法舊藥換新藥，健保給付條件放寬，從9月1日起，已經使用傳統藥物治療，但未滿5年的病人，可以轉換使用新一代的藥物，減少抗藥性又能提高抑癌療效。


中央健保局醫審及藥材組科長施如亮指出，乳癌病人在開刀切除癌細胞後，單獨使用荷爾蒙療法的舊藥（Tamoxifen）或新藥（Letrozole），目前各有5年給付；最新研究顯示，舊藥半途轉換成新藥，前後合計使用5年，效果加乘，所以健保同意給付新藥加舊藥，最長不超5年。


施如亮說，乳癌治療以開刀、化療為主，荷爾蒙療法是輔助療法，對於停經後且荷爾蒙受體呈陽性，有淋巴結轉移的早期乳癌病人，可繼續使用舊藥。9月起，新藥加舊藥，病友多一項治療選擇。


她並解釋，雌激素是女性主要性荷爾蒙，可刺激生殖器官的生長與成熟，雌激素的受體存在於乳房、子宮內膜，當雌激素與受體結合後，會引發細胞的分裂、增生。當患者的乳癌細胞內有受體（陽性反應）時，若能阻斷雌激素對癌細胞的刺激，就能抑制癌細胞的生長。


現在健保給付的舊藥可阻止雌激素與受體結合，新藥是芳香環（酉每）抑制劑，可讓身體製造雌激素的能力停擺，阻斷雌激素對癌細胞的刺激。990807
