台北市衛生局昨天公布市民健康行為調查結果，15至24歲年輕族群一週平均外食高達11餐，佔總餐數54％。3成每天喝含糖飲料，2成每天吃零食，1成6天天吃炸雞薯條。暑假到，營養師提醒，連續一個月吃高油、高糖食物又不運動，體重可能增加3.2公斤。


衛生局健康管理處處長游麗惠指出，除了愛喝含糖飲料、吃零食，15.4％每天吃消夜，15.9％每天吃油膩食物，包括鹽酥雞、薯條、炸雞，13.8％每天吃太鹹及醃漬的食物。另外，11.8%受訪者的BMI（身體質量指數）超過24，體重明顯過重。


游麗惠舉例，年輕族群最常見的飲食如早餐吃日式飯糰和有糖豆漿（480大卡），午餐吃漢堡、薯條和可樂（940大卡），晚餐吃小碗牛肉麵和珍珠奶茶（1020大卡），再加上1碗泡麵當消夜（435大卡），一天攝取熱量高達2875大卡。


多吃蔬菜 多運動

游麗惠說，一名19歲、身高157公分、體重51公斤的女性，每天建議攝取熱量為2050大卡，上述飲食等於一天多吃了825大卡，必須散步6.3小時或騎腳踏車4.5小時才能消耗。


台北市立聯合醫院中興院區營養師林詠霈建議，早餐可以蔬菜三明治取代日式飯糰，增加蔬菜攝取量，有糖豆漿改為無糖鮮奶或豆漿；午餐少吃油炸類，選清淡的肉類，如清蒸魚肉；晚餐吃完牛肉麵，不要喝珍珠奶茶，也要戒掉吃宵夜的習慣。


聯合醫院忠孝院區營養科主任洪若樸表示，若習慣喝有味道的飲料，可泡烏龍茶、玫瑰花茶，加少許代糖，隨後逐漸降低代糖含量。


若改買不加糖現打果汁，洪若樸強調，果汁熱量易被忽略，一杯柳丁汁可能由4顆柳丁打製，熱量高達240大卡，是將近一碗白飯的熱量，建議少喝為妙，吃水果較能掌控攝取量。


洪若樸建議，愛吃零食者可改嚼蒟蒻條、零熱量的口香糖，滿足「嚼」的慾望，炸雞不是不能吃，但頻率不宜過高，「吃多少，動多少」，搭配適度運動才能避免發胖。
