帝寶門口 市府塗銷停車位

台北市的指標豪宅「帝寶」，最近大門前的路邊停車格位整排遭到塗銷，外界質疑是帝寶住戶看得「礙眼」，找議員會勘後，由台北市政府配合塗銷。但塗銷停車格讓市府一年減少上百萬元的停車費收入，也剝奪周邊居民的停車權益。

北市停管處科長蘇先知表示，當初也是居民陳情，會勘過後認定有「交通安全」考量才塗銷，若有停車的需求可以再檢討。

台北市議員李慶元昨天在「帝寶」門前召開記者會，批評市府不敢得罪帝寶權貴，卻罔顧小市民權益。他說，某位擔任旅行社董事長的帝寶住戶，為取消帝寶前的停車格位，找某位議員會勘，也沒知會當地里長，停管處就配合取消仁愛路上8格停車位。

後來居民向里長抱怨，停管處再次與里長會勘，結果在仁愛路靠近建國南路端，增繪四格停車位，帝寶門前仍然維持紅線。李慶元質疑，新繪停車格更靠近右轉路口，更可能妨礙交通，停管處用此權衡之計，實在欠缺交通專業。

事實上，「帝寶」當年完工後，市府已經有過一次，將圍繞帝寶全部巷弄全部繪製紅線禁停，引起居民反彈，才陸續恢復白線，原有的停車格晚上不收費，附近居民早都使用習慣，突然塗銷，引起居民強烈不滿。

李慶元說，仁愛路53號前的停車格位，已存在幾十年，大安分局交通組也表示當地從來沒發生交通意外事故，市府竟只為滿足「富豪」們的門面虛榮，剝奪小百姓的停車權益。
