新手媽媽啖吃海鮮哺乳 女嬰險休克

（中央社記者趙宏進台中縣5日電）由媽媽哺乳的2個月大女嬰，突然出現胃口奇差、連續5天不解便狀況，甚至險些休克；台中慈濟醫院檢查後發現問題出在過敏，追查後發現竟是新手媽媽愛吃海鮮惹的禍。


台中慈濟醫院小兒科主任李敏駿說，急診收治這名女嬰時，寶寶的的肚子又脹又硬、全身膚色變青、嘴唇發黑、四肢發紫、臉色暗藍，擔心可能要休克，馬上會診小兒科，經Ｘ光片檢查，發現有嚴重腸阻塞，於是緊急住院。


進一步檢查發現，糞便並沒有感染、血液卻有過敏現象，李敏駿指出，嬰兒過敏狀況多半可能是吃配方奶等引發，這名小朋友吃的是母乳還會出現過敏，很不尋常，原因就要從媽媽身上找起。


醫生詢問結果發現，這名20歲的年輕媽媽，最近的食品中有大量的海鮮，包括蝦子、牡蠣與干貝等有殼海鮮。


李敏駿指出，根據加拿大的研究顯示，哺餵母乳的媽媽不控制飲食，寶寶可能會出現腸胃道腹脹、拉肚子或是便秘等症狀及皮膚長疹子等過敏現象，要較控制飲食的媽媽多出2倍。


李敏駿推斷，可能是媽媽吃海鮮引發孩子過敏，因而引發腸胃道敏感，建議媽媽改變飲食後哺育，女嬰慢慢就能便便與排氣，腹部也不再那麼脹了，同時指導媽媽幫女嬰做腹部按摩、肛表刺激，再讓嬰兒服用消脹氣與乳酸菌藥品，症狀就改善了。


李敏駿醫師建議，哺乳媽媽在寶寶6個月前要忌口，不要吃帶殼海鮮、堅果等食品，以免造成寶寶過敏。
