蚊子是不會亂咬人的，除非你身上有他們需要的膽固醇或是維生素等東西。


根據研究，蚊子喜歡叮咬的是有豐富膽固醇、維生素的人，散發蚊子喜歡的氣味的人、化妝的人以及孕婦。


蚊子需要膽固醇和維生素，但是，他們自己又不會製造，因此，只好跟人類借。 所以，可以提供蚊子大量的膽固醇和維生素的人比較容易被蚊子叮咬。


另外，蚊子嗅覺靈敏，人類呼吸，呼出去的氣味也會吸引蚊子。根據研究，蚊子嗅到目標散發的氣味以後，會迂迴前進，靠近獵物。等接觸到獵物，就會伸出吸管，吸血八到十秒鐘。吃飽了就離開。


而由於多數化妝品都有硬脂酸，這種蚊子喜歡的化學物，所以，化妝的人比較容易挨叮。


由於孕婦會散發出一些不同的化學物質，也會吸引蚊子的叮咬。另外，孕婦體溫比較高，也是吸引蚊子上門的一個原因。


當然要是化了粧，身上抹一點大蒜或是香茅這些蚊子害怕的味道，蚊子也會敬而遠之。
