網路拉動內需花招無奇不有，今年二月初，網路暱稱「鬱悶昊」、人稱「最牛網路乞丐」的網友王昊，提出小額捐款一元協助其購置國產車的「內需金計畫」，活動於四日截止，王昊共收到全中國各地網友共一萬八千元人民幣捐款，東貼西補應該可以圓買車夢。


「內需金計畫」說穿了就是上網討錢，據北京《新京報》報導，王昊在網路上自稱每月收入數千人民幣（以下同）、自己「不差錢（不缺錢）」，但因應經濟危機、刺激消費信心非常重要，所以將自己的信心轉交給網友，希望網友自願向其帳戶「打入一元、上限不超過十元」獻金。


五日上午，王昊將銀行帳戶內的「內需金」取出，共收到全中國網友的捐獻款一八一九六．三三元，再加上利息一．六九元，內需金總計一萬八千一百九十八元二分錢，而為了紀念此歷史性一刻，王昊還要求銀行列印匯款明細單，讓銀行足足忙了兩個多小時。


大陸網友的內需金匯款過程，也有一些小插曲，王昊指出，三月八日有一名網友突然加了他的ＱＱ號（類似台灣即時通），告訴王昊本來要打給他四．九九元，結果錯打成四九九元，王昊決定將金額全數退還，整個活動以北京網友最捧場，總共匯了七千多元，王昊指出，「能有這麼多網友支持我，我除了感動還是感動！」


至於內需金購車計畫，「我打算四月底前去逛車市，用這些錢，加上我的積蓄，買一輛十萬元左右的國產車」，王昊表示，他會將看好的十萬元左右國產車型公布於網上，「讓網友投票，用投票數量決定最終買哪一款車。」
