添加劑湊合 山寨飲料「果」然扯

在大陸，不少東西都有山寨版，當然也包括「果汁飲料」。

在成都，一些中高檔的餐廳中，多會打著天然、健康、營養旗號的自製果汁，但實際上，這些飲料根本沒有果實成分，全是添加劑勾兌出來的「山寨飲料」，而且還賣得不便宜。

在成都晚報的記者的暗訪中，成都一些大型食品批發市場中，製作果汁、花生漿、核桃漿的各種添加劑隨處可見。但配方中，就是找不到跟水果、花生或核桃有關的成分。

例如，一種製造花生牛奶的添加劑包裝裡，配料包含：砂糖、葡萄糖、保水劑、酪蛋白酸鈉、乳化劑、黃原膠、食用色素和香精等，唯獨沒有花生。

儘管如此，販賣添加劑的廠家卻信誓旦旦地說，「放心，製作出來的口感，絕對跟真的一模一樣。不少大酒樓、火鍋店都是在我這兒拿的貨」。

果然，記者在某家酒樓的廚房內，見到一位女店員，倒出白色液體加入攪拌機，又挖了幾杓粉末加入，加水攪拌後，灑上一些花生粒，一壺「山寨版」花生牛奶就誕生了，且香味撲鼻、色澤誘人，一般客人根本分辨不出來真偽。

據了解，一包重約五斤（二點五公斤）的添加劑，只有十多元人民幣，卻可製作出將近六十斤（三十公斤）的「山寨飲料」。

這些山寨飲料，在酒樓的售價，一公升一壺的花生牛奶，可賣到四十八元，跟暴利無異。

這些添加劑又是怎麼來的？報導中指出，添加劑的小作坊多藏身在郊區，工廠簡陋不堪，且製作添加劑的含量肆無忌憚。

這樣粗製濫造的過程，導致不少自製飲料不是大腸桿菌超標，就是隱藏可怕的霉菌和細菌，客人一喝下肚，中毒事件層出不窮。
