汽柴油降價 比礦泉水便宜

國際原油跌破每桶60美元，中油、台塑宣布今（15）日凌晨調降汽、柴油價格，每公升各調降1.3元與1.4元。調降後，92無鉛汽油每公升僅21.7元，創下近四年半來新低；柴油每公升為18.5元，也創下三年半來新低，油價已經比礦泉水便宜。

經濟部長尹啟銘昨天表示，油價持續下跌，考慮對中油自行吸收部分朝漸進的方式反映，前提是要國際原油價格更低；若油價降很低，中油也可以一次補回過去吸收的成本。至於貨物稅減徵的每公升1.3元，尹啟銘則說，尊重財政部的決定。

尹啟銘說，補貼成本逐步反映的時間最快會落在11月28日宣布下一周新油價時。

尹啟銘表示，由於補貼油價的半年期限即將於11月27日為止，經濟部的確規劃朝漸進的方式把中油吸收的成本補回來；至於貨物稅部分，則交給財政部決定。

據指出，財政部認為油價不該再讓國庫補貼，但究竟是先取消減徵1.3元及1.4元油品貨物稅部分，還是中油及台塑自行吸收油價漲幅部分，雙方僵持不下，經建會下周將協調。

新政府於520上台後，國際原油價格飆漲，為平抑物價，行政院採取多元吸收方案，分別在5月28日與8月2日兩次補貼油價，其中，中油補貼汽油每公升1.8元及柴油價格每公升2元；另外，採取調降貨物稅補貼，即汽油每公升補貼1.3元，而柴油每公升1.4元，補貼期限至11月27日為止。

尹啟銘說，如果油價夠低，經濟部不排除把中油自行吸收的成本一次反映回來，但若油價不是降得很低，則規劃朝漸進的方式進行調整，例如原本要調降1.3元，則只調降0.6元，以逐步反映的方式將中油吸收的成本調整回來，也可降低對民眾的衝擊
