【膨風療骨刺】雷射取骨刺？他竟比世界紀錄「神之手」還快

林口「文合骨科診所」被控疑似以「雷射取骨刺」做幌子假開刀詐財，骨科專業醫師施孟坤指出，僅憑一張X光不能確認是否椎間盤突出症，而且根據動手術患者的描述，10分鐘開完刀也太離譜了，比世界紀錄保持者，德國的「神之手」還厲害！
此外，CO2雷射機操作時不會發出「啪啪」聲響，該診所故弄玄虛，雖無證據，但假開刀可能性很高！
台中知名骨科醫師、林森醫院副院長施孟坤指出：「這家診所診斷不實，太過草率，是可以確定的，僅憑一張X光片就敢斷定患者長骨刺，實在太『大膽』了」。他強調，醫師要確認是否椎間盤突出，除了詢問病史，還得做直抬腿試驗（straight leg raising test, SLRT）來拉扯病患的坐骨神經，若患者無法抬腿超過30度，才能初步確認，接著還得作核磁共振造影，至少也得有電腦斷層掃描。

因為X光照相只能看到椎間距離減小或輕微的脊椎退化，因看不到椎間盤，換句話說，硬的骨頭看得到，軟軟的椎間盤組織，在X光片裡是無法判讀的，在電腦斷層掃描（CT）跟核磁共振造影（MRI）發明之前，要確認是否椎間盤突出，得在照X光之前將顯影劑打入脊椎，看流到哪一節堵住了，就是那裡有問題。

而一名患者透露，整個手術過程，包括局部麻醉，僅10分鐘，過程有10秒發出「啪啪」雷射聲響。施孟坤大笑：「根據文獻，全世界微創手術最快的一位德國醫師，其保持記錄是25分鐘，目前主流的微創手術機器，就是在他的指導之下改良、設計出來的」。難道游文和比德國的「神之手」還要厲害？

患者透露，雷射手術時發出「啪啪」聲響，也是游文和的大破綻。施孟坤說：「CO2雷射機操作時沒有聲音啊！是醫美用的飛梭雷射才會發出「啪啪」擊發聲，整型外科雷射是以擊發數算錢的，會「啪啪」響，游文和可能想取信患者，故弄玄虛。

到底游文和是否「假開刀」?只是在患者脊椎打上類固醇或麻醉藥，施孟坤說：「沒有看到手術過程影片，我不敢斷定，但他的雷射手術真的很有問題，因為微創手術最好全身麻醉，局部麻醉得有很厲害的麻醉醫師配合，若病人身體不好，也容易出狀況，從患者的描述來看，假手術可能性很高，因為『玩真的』風險太高，他不會那麼笨」
