4天沒回家 連續值班34小時 血汗無止盡 住院醫師已抓狂

醫院評鑑目前對住院醫師工時上限要求每周88小時，等於一周有一半以上時間會待在醫院工作。住院醫師表示，長期以來都在爆肝，一周至少會碰上一次最高連續值班34小時，有住院醫師甚至自爆，待在醫院4天沒回家，由於缺乏休息，精神欠佳，常開錯藥，且脾氣差，常和護理人員及病患起爭執。

脾氣差 開錯藥又愛吵架

北榮PGY住院醫院陳秉暉表示，住院醫師每天早上7點半上班到下午5點半，之後平均3到4天就會遇到一次值夜班，也就是說，5點半下班後，還要值夜班到天亮，然後再上隔天7點半到下午5點半的班，「真的很累！」中間只能抓空檔休息、小瞇一下，但也只能碰運氣，有時運氣不好，整晚被CALL，不僅整夜沒睡，隔天又要繼續上班，等於連上34小時的班。

陳秉暉說，連續上班34小時沒有休息，腦筋要保持清醒真的很難，值班過頭的住院醫師最常發生的錯誤就是開錯藥，常被護理人員提醒糾正，不然就是脾氣變得很差，容易因為一件小事，就和護理人員及病患吵架。

開完刀 熬夜寫病歷報告

亞東醫院住院醫師姜冠宇更自爆，自己在前一家醫院擔任住院醫師時，有4天沒回家的記錄。

他說，當時常開刀開到晚上8、9點，晚上又準備病歷報告到天亮，接著隔天又上班，當天晚上又值班到天亮，之後又是一連串的刀，手術持續到晚上，想想隔天還有一堆病歷要報告，只能強打起精神來準備病歷，中間只能小瞇一下，但無法睡太久，直到他回家看牆上的日歷，才發現自己已經4天沒有回家了。

挺不住 轉醫美脫離苦海

也因此，姜冠宇離開了那家醫院，同時也放棄外科，以外科住院醫師第二年的基礎轉內科，再由內科住院醫師做起。

他說，住院醫師工作時間，不是大家看到只有在醫院上班的那段時間而已，還得寫病歷、準備病歷報告及做研究報告，很多住院醫師即便下班後，還是以醫院為家，繼續手上未完成的工作，尤其是重症科別，所以很多人捱不住，紛紛轉向輕鬆的皮膚科或是醫美，現在不解決，未來問題只會愈來愈嚴重。
