儲蓄險是拿來跟親朋好友作業績交關用的,好處只有在期滿後滾利息那段....通常也很糟....通常要滾個20年以上才會滾回一個母數

一筆錢要是有打算6年以上不動(當然你老子有錢,銀行也會幫你量身訂做2年,三年五年這種短年期的),躉繳或年繳退%才有意義

定存長時間來說,滾出來的錢一定是比較少,優勢是隨時都能解不會賠錢

政府這麼幹是因為各銀行的現金都多,因為這些存款的保單太多,要大家拿錢出來活絡活絡市場

自己要有專門研究對市場利率變化的敏感性(類似股票)，若不懂，還是買儲蓄險類似投資基金(相對於股票)讓專業的來操盤比較保險，公債次級市場就是類似於股票市場，還是有風險，雖然不會賠本但有可能獲利不如儲蓄險

單張價格通常很高,通常都是法人在買賣.散戶可以買到的通常是經過切割的債券單位, 買賣必須透過銀行通路來買賣 ,中間會有變動的買賣價差及銀行抽走手續費的問題 , 這種的除了公債外也可以考路之優質的投資級公司債, 風險與報酬都必須自己去審慎評估與計算.

比較建議的應該是債券型ETF ,貼近市場的報酬又分散了風險, 合理的管理費用與流動性佳.但債券型ETF的淨值會隨著市場升降息或避險因素波動 , 不像單張債券持有到到期必然保本保息(無違約情況下), 持有的時間不夠長的話不易賺到錢.
