非法分裝抗凝血劑 瑪旺生技公司遭查

瑪旺幹細胞醫學生物科技股份有限公司位於新北市汐止區的工廠，日前遭檢舉私下供應不明藥品，所製造的「血小板血漿收集容器套組產品『GPRP』(Platelet-rich plasma, PRP extraction)」與衛生福利部核准不符，同時該公司試圖將抗凝血劑藥品的原大包裝的產品，分裝成小包裝，增加感染風險，新北市衛生局日前至該公司稽查，現場封存3126盒GPRP與36瓶抗凝血劑藥品，另外新北市轄內4家下游廠商藥商與診所也全數下架，目前正調查其餘流出外縣市的數量。

衛生局表示，瑪旺公司所製造的血小板血漿收集容器套組產品「GPRP」(Platelet-rich plasma, PRP extraction)與衛生福利部核准不符，為不合格產品，現場查獲封存3126盒。

除了GPRP之外，衛生局在現場發現瑪旺公司擅自分裝未經核准的抗凝血劑藥品「Anticoagulant Citrate Dextrose Solution-A」，現場查獲共36瓶，同樣不符合規定。

衛生局指出，瑪旺公司已涉違反藥事法第82條第1項違法製造偽藥，及藥事法第84條未經核准擅自製造醫療器材，全案已移請法務部調查局台北市調查處偵辦。

衛生局呼籲，若醫療院所及藥商有使用或販售瑪旺公司之血小板血漿收集容器套組「GPRP」及其提供之抗凝血藥品「Anticoagulant Citrate Dextrose Solution-A」，不管任何批號效期，請立即停止使用並配合下架回收。醫療院所倘執行PRP(自體血小板免疫血清回輸療法)業務，應向民眾告知產品來源。
