洪子仁表示，不是因為薪資福利條件不好，而是市場上人才一位難求，以藥師為例，每個月待遇高達6、7萬元，若能留任一年，加發10萬元獎金，但藥師出路廣，不見得必須待在醫院；護理人員也一樣，剛畢業、沒經驗，最基礎的護理師月薪也有4.5萬起跳，若是加護病房護理師，加上年資，薪水更高，但市場需求與實際的人力不平衡。

新加坡只要高中畢業 修習兩年就可以成為在診所調劑的藥師 讓病人可以輕鬆的在診所領藥

處理複雜藥品的醫院藥師也只要四年大學教育

然後 全世界沒有醫師免費送病人藥要被罰巨款的

奇怪 台灣為什麼搞一個六年藥學教育 這也罷了(反正教育部愛浪費國家資源) 還硬套到小診所去 還把自己親自給藥的醫師當成恐怖分子?!

現在的藥師 一個月一千張左右的診所 所有藥價差跟調劑費都給藥師 水電房租全部自己倒貼不算 還得倒貼幾萬來滿足病患的方便需求跟看診的完整性

這樣荒唐的事 為什麼十幾二十年了還沒有任何改善?

(不過 把這篇貼到醫勞盟 裡面的藥師同路人大概只會用"你們這些慣老闆"的鄙夷眼光看待基層醫師...)
