勞基法修正條文分階段實施，一例一休提前上路，讓各行各業措手不及，醫療院所也深受影響。醫院管理單位抱怨，醫事人員特休假調整、休假日加班費加碼使營運成本大增，醫院缺工狀況恐更嚴重，未來假日門診可能減少外，民眾掛號與加號也恐更加困難。

台灣醫院協會理事長楊漢湶坦言，因醫院與工廠不同，護理師、藥師、檢驗師等都需專業性，人員招募本不易，再加上一例一休突上路，令不少醫院措手不及，目前又非校園畢業季，醫院缺工狀況恐更嚴重。

楊漢湶舉例，先前北市某醫院就曾發生護理師外出午休，病人按鈴後發現不是熟悉的護士，感到不滿投訴，未來工時規定嚴格，醫院若以病人為中心，違規罰單恐接不完。

楊漢湶也說，受到勞基法新制影響，已有醫院陸續減少周六門診，原有50診減少到10至20診；台灣私立醫療院所協會秘書長吳明彥也說，部分醫院傳出周六減診的聲浪，對只有單一醫師的開業診所而言衝擊可能更大。

吳明彥指出，以前為了方便患者而周六開診，但勞基法新制上路，讓醫療院所營運成本大增，周六與颱風門診恐愈來愈少，民眾得請假看病；且加班費算法愈來愈嚴格，過去醫師常通融患者加掛號，醫院吸收成本，但加班費大增，醫院開放加號的意願減低。

楊漢湶更透露，目前不少醫院的人事、護理等單位仍搞不清勞基法新制，一例一休、加班費該怎麼計算，下周將邀請勞動部人員開說明會，短時間吸引近300人報名；他認為，未來若未找到解方，恐怕真的只能停掉假日門診。

幾年前點值直直落不知底部在哪的時候 一直呼籲要趕快討論是否建立診所集體隨點值調整看診時間的慣例 集體周休一日甚至減夜診 否則將來就是小戶自己一直縮減

現在因為其實幾年前早就可預見的勞基法減縮 小戶因而必須周休一日&/減夜診

從醫師藥師到護士都是車輪戰、不怕勞基法的大戶 只會笑納小戶關診後流出來的病人

健保局還會拿前者的錢去獎勵後者呢
