發電廠所繳的稅有大於空氣汙染所造成的彰化市人民增加社會成本、健康成本、環境成本、健保支出??更何況健康很多時候是不可逆的！核電會便宜是核廢料不處理的結果，若要處理，不計算公安賠償，核電的成本不會像現在這麼便宜！本來綠電前期就會漲電價，到一定規模後電價反而會下降。
