八仙塵爆有無獎勵醫護？ 陳伸賢：這是他們應該做的

〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕6月底的八仙塵爆，造成12人死亡、近500人受傷，各地醫院忙翻，讓醫病關係更加緊張。聯合醫院三重院區醫師洪浩雲在臉書透露，今天他到新北市議會聽議員質詢時，議員邱婷蔚問對辛苦的消防和醫護人員有無記功，陳伸賢回應：「這是他們應該做的。」讓洪浩雲氣翻。


洪浩雲轉述邱婷蔚的質詢內容：「塵爆過這麼久了，但是我們沒有忘記……消防人員這麼辛苦，有記功嗎？聯合醫院的醫護這麼辛苦，有獎勵嗎？」陳伸賢回應：「這是他們應該做的。」

洪浩雲聽了相當氣憤，網友對此熱烈回應，有人認為沒有什麼是應該的，有人表示基層心寒，有人則諷刺「那市長神隱也是應該的嗎」？

洪浩雲第一次發文時，只提到「副市長」，不過網友多認為是「警消出身的副市長侯友宜」，洪浩雲隨後留言糾正，是「陳副市長」。

邱婷蔚8日也曾在臉書發表「八仙塵爆沒有一個人負責之質詢吐血篇Part 1」，邱問八里區長八仙塵爆當天有沒有啟動緊急應變，得到的回應是「那天就太緊急了」，邱忍不住嘲諷：「原來災害緊急應變計劃，太緊急時不能啟動？」邱還說： 「當初一直喊先救災不要究責的，都過三個多月了，可以究責沒？」
