食品標示新規定，認字大考驗？衛福部針對食品標示的新規定今年中實施，食品包裝需將添加物詳細標示，廠商斥資千萬更換包材，過去泡麵、餅乾等不到10種成分標示，現竟多達70多種，如調味粉含有琥珀酸二鈉，原來是人工味精。民怨九成標示都看不懂。

新規定要求廠商針對兩種以上添加物組成的功能性成分須再展開複方，如調味劑須列出大豆軟磷脂、脂肪酸聚合甘油酯等成分。

《蘋果》記者拿「來一客杯麵」、華元蚵仔煎洋芋片、舒跑等常見的零食餅乾，隨機訪問大學生、家庭主婦、上班族等7位民眾對標示的看法，僅一位化工系學生看懂多數標示。以泡麵添加物最多，逾70種，標示佔了杯麵包裝1/3面積，約3.5公分乘以4公分大小、添加物字體小到剩3公厘大小。

民眾張力誠說：「成分寫那麼多看不懂，根本不實用。」民眾李維琪說：「標示那麼多，字變得很小，不但看起來很吃力，也不知道在寫什麼。」

衛福部表示，民眾有知的權利，加上近來食安問題頻傳，因此才有此新規定，雖然很多消費者看不懂，但基本成分還是可理解，暫不會修正作法，若業者未依規定標示可處3萬至300萬元不等罰鍰。
