【動新聞】心臟手術死亡　家屬到高醫抗議

男子陳淇宏9月中到高醫進行心臟冠狀動脈繞道手術，術後發生引流管阻塞導致胸腔內有血塊，院方緊急在加護病房將胸部傷口打開清除血塊，隔天發生嚴重肺積水，最後因嚴重敗血症合併敗血性休克死亡，家屬今天上午到高醫門口控訴院方醫療疏失。家屬表示，心臟手術縫合處第二次在加護房重新打開清創，變開放性傷口，而且長時間曝露在加護病房絕對感染，高醫疏失致死，應該給個公道。

高醫醫務秘書李書欣表示，病人是尿毒症長期洗腎病患，有糖尿病史及抽菸史，進行手術前即已告知家屬，手術死亡率是一般的3到5倍，並交付手術說明同意書及手術同意書，而病人在手術前已經有感染現象，致於在加護病房進行緊急清創手術，是考量病人血壓及心跳不穩，轉送手術室可能發生危及生命變化，所以在加護病房內經過消毒及舖單才進行手術，院方並無疏失。（羅琦文／高雄報導）
