很多民眾購買藥品，都會習慣到藥妝店甚至是要藥局，但走進去看到穿白袍的人可不見得一定是藥師！TVBS獨家直擊踢爆全國知名連鎖藥妝店，明明沒藥師在店裡，卻任由非專業的店員主動提供民眾用藥諮詢，甚至還建議購買藥物，明顯違反藥師法。無獨有偶另一間全台連鎖藥局，民眾沒帶處方箋也能輕易得手需醫師處方「抗生素」，把關不嚴謹，震驚衛生單位，現在遭踢爆連鎖藥妝店和藥局，衛生局將展開大規模調查。

走進這間全台連鎖藥妝店，架上琳瑯滿目藥膏、藥物，全都是民眾日常生活可能會使用到「指示用藥」，但店裡看不到藥師親自服務，倒是店員竟然當起藥師，提供諮詢。藥妝店員工：「一次吃2顆，如果說等一下，如果說你回去就一定要休息，這個也可以。」

藥妝店員工：「這個成分有一點點消炎止痛，有一點點而已。」記者：「你是藥師？」藥妝店員工：「我不是藥師。」

不是藥師，竟然還主動提供「用藥諮詢」，聽起來很專業，讓不知情民眾以為店員就是「合格藥師」，更誇張的是，門市店員還建議民眾可買哪種藥品，藥妝店店員充當藥師，已經明顯違反，藥師法24條，未取得「藥師」資格，擅自「執行藥師」業務，可處6萬到30萬罰緩。

無獨有偶，另一間全台知名連鎖藥局，店員清一色穿著白袍，想買「醫師處方」用的胃潰瘍藥物，卻一點也不難。藥局員工VS.記者：「胃潰瘍，這個就是處方藥，沒有帶處方箋應該沒差，還是可以買，可以啊。」

沒醫師處方箋仍可買到，更讓人吃驚的，櫃台明明掛上「藥師暫停執行業務」斗大字體，根本沒有藥師在場，仔細看這2名店員，白袍上只秀出店名和名字，左胸前也未依照法規配戴「藥師執照」，根本不是藥師，卻照樣結帳，販售處方箋藥物。

不是藥師卻違法販售抗生素，儘管藥盒背面寫著醫師處方才能使用，但沒處方箋也能輕易得手，衛生局震驚，將對業者祭出重罰，依照藥事法50條規定，「無處方箋」若販售醫師處方藥品，將處3萬到15萬罰緩。

衛生局稽查發現，連鎖藥妝店全台，大約有360家分店，照理來說，應該要有360位合格藥師駐店，但藥師人數和分店數其實不成比例，1位藥師要負責2、3家門市早就不是秘密，業者強調將會加強員工訓練，衛生局也將展開大規模稽查，民眾上門買藥除了白袍，還是得睜大眼睛。

其實就專業而言 「指示用藥」在歐美甚至日本都可以網購了 台灣要藥師諮詢做什麼?

有什麼人去屈臣氏買普拿疼會諮詢藥師的?藥師駐藥妝店 根本沒人理睬..嫌到發慌 是沒需求才不去(上一天也沒兩三個人問 還都是標示清楚的指示用藥) 還是偷懶不去 差很大

記者報導的是事實 但解決方法說錯了 應該是把"藥師在場才可賣指示用藥"這個國王的新衣拿掉 開放超商賣所有作用標示清楚的指示藥 才符合世界潮流 不是國王新衣不可脫才対
