北市張姓老翁8年前因胸口劇痛，到北市聯合醫院仁愛院區急診，經林姓急診醫師診斷有生命危險，並列「檢傷第一級」留院觀察，但值班的王姓女護士竟任由張翁躺在急診室3小時，未持續檢查，致張翁延誤治療而休克死亡，事後還偽填護理記錄，台北地院今依業務過失致死等罪判她5月徒刑，得易科罰金13萬5千元，緩刑2年 (不要啊)
