漲價談何容易? 其實最大的制約來自同業競爭. 敝診所這條街有三家診所. 地點最好的那一家ooxxx診所是以商家手法經營, 無論一般或慢性病, 有加打小針否, 都只收150元(榮民或福保100元), 不加收藥品部份負擔或打針費用(除非是打點滴). 數年前大家鼓吹漲掛號費時, 敝診所和同一條街另一家診所調升掛號費為150元(加上掛號部份負擔50元, 合計200元), 但是OOXXX診所依舊不漲價. 於是幾乎所有這一帶的病人都跑到OOXXX診所去看病. 我一看不對勁, 趕緊調回來. 另一家調回來較慢, 結果很慘.
去年(2013年)7月OOXXX診所的院長XXX中風, 不久去世. 消息保密, 看診和經營立刻有人接手, 改名XX診所.
