小鴨本來就應該在水裏游,把它放在平台上轉,實在不倫不類,要不要再加上旋轉木馬更有看頭呢?當初看到這個構想時就覺得有點奇怪,原來未徵求原創者同意,台灣人這類過度商業化的"創意"還是少一點好,想當然一定是一些鄰近的飯店餐廳業者未面對小鴨正面所想出來的
上星期到古坑的綠色隧道一遊,結果旁邊擺滿一堆攤販,吵雜混亂,完全把遊興破壞殆盡,台灣人實在太多,經濟又養不起這麼多人,大家都去做吃的,也不拘形象,品質,是否黑心

大怒！ 不滿商品授權亂

黃色小鴨今起在基隆港展出，昨天卻驚傳霍夫曼不參加開幕，發起人基隆市議會議長黃景泰解釋，是台灣智慧卡公司未獲授權逕行製作周邊商品所致。不過霍夫曼團隊明白表示，包括所謂授權商品、小鴨轉盤、主題公園、小鴨觀光巴士，以及贊助廠商的露出等安排，「沒有一樣預先和我們討論，也沒有一樣獲得我們同意」，至於智慧卡商品，「當然未經我們授權，因此是違法的」；團隊並透露，他們正在調查整個情況，並諮詢他們的法律顧問。

極端！ 形容小鴨到基隆

霍夫曼昨天發函給台灣媒體，函中以「極端」兩字形容小鴨到基隆面臨的情況，並解釋選擇不出席開幕，因為「我真的需要時間去查證我的計畫的真實情況」。

霍夫曼團隊在答覆本報的電郵中表示，大約6個月前，霍夫曼曾會晤Mr.Fan和Mr.Huang（註，文中未指明兩人是否就原策展單位范可欽與黃景泰），討論官方商品的可能性，當時霍夫曼已表明不希望商品項目太多，但那次會晤之後，他們再也不曾聽到結果，直到最近發現Mr.Fan用他的公司生產了一整系列商品，並宣稱是經過授權的正版品；事實是，他們從未參與其中，「而且他們做那些商品是為了賺錢，而非為了對這件藝術品的愛，也不是為了讓民眾參觀藝術品之後，有一個紀念品與之連結」。

不快！ 周圍混亂、騷動

此外，團隊直言，霍夫曼向來希望他的作品能在真實情境中呈現，也因此對基隆旋轉黃色小鴨周圍的混亂、騷動非常不快，包括之前小鴨在桃園周圍有那麼多攤販，「我們從未聽說」；團隊解釋，他們很喜歡小鴨在高雄的展出，黃色小鴨近處沒有商業味道；桃園的展場則是鄉下，景物有傳統、文化氣息。他們很喜歡民眾停車或下了接駁巴士後步行到展場，因為這更凸顯藝術如何改變我們的觀點，將民眾結合、聚在一塊，共享徒步到展場的時光。

最後，團隊表示，霍夫曼喜歡台灣，他和家人在台灣度過夏季假期，在高雄和桃園都十分愉快；但他們實在不知道小鴨在基隆的展出會如何發展，開幕後他們會持續關注，也正在調查整個情況。
