公費生已成偏鄉醫療主力

原住民及離島地區幅員廣闊、交通不便，醫療資源不足，衛生福利部今年提供35名偏鄉及離島在地的優秀青年學子全額補助，成為醫事專業人才後返鄉服務、造福鄉里。

上午衛生福利部舉辦「102年度原住民及離島地區醫事人員養成計畫公費新生記者會」，今年新增35位公費培育新生，包括醫學系18名、牙醫系4名、護理學系2名、藥學系1名等等1至3名均出席。

衛生福利部101年統計資料顯示，我國平均每萬人口醫師數為17.54人，而山地離島地區則只有8人，亟需有計畫的逐年培育醫事人力及積極整合資源，改善城鄉醫療差距。

這些公費生不是透過大學聯考考進的
而是一群符合資格者 另行舉辦考試進入的
聽起來很不公平
但是 幾乎沒人願意去偏鄉 也只有這樣才能誘使公費生到偏鄉服務
(PS: 但是扣掉在大醫院的冷門科當R的年限 實際到偏鄉服務時間恐怕也不久)
如果規定要一輩子在偏鄉服務
恐怕沒有人要去報名了

最好學澳洲 外國醫學院學成歸國者 須在偏鄉服務一段期間
那偏鄉醫師應該會人滿為患了

特殊身分考生須先做身分確認，例如原住民要通過語言考試方能加分百分之35，沒通過的加百分之10，所以，都是原住民，因語言沒通過，結果槓龜(490分的輸400分的)，這發生在孩子同學身上，所以報告一下。另，特殊生名額是外掛，不影響普通生名額。
