總統馬英九10日以簽訂台日漁業協議、保障漁權為例指出，除了自己很有成就感外，有店家特別寫信感謝他，「那種安慰，可以說是千金難買。」

馬總統上午前往澎湖參加在馬公高中舉辦的「北醫楓杏生物醫學研習營」，除以「偏鄉服務，有志醫同」為題發表專題演講外，並與在場學生對談。一位學生提問，「當了總統後學到什麼？」

馬總統表示，總統確實不好當，尤其面對不同人有不同看法時，偶爾也是會有衝突，必須去協調、整合、化解；總統的工作本身雖然有挑戰性，「但也讓我們很多地方得到應該有的滿足。」

今年4月10日台日簽訂漁業協議，解決過去40年來的漁業糾紛，保障台灣漁民在釣魚台附近海域的漁權。他透露，一位好朋友6月間來訪，突然拿出一封信，是台北市一家日本料理店的老闆與伙計寫的，信中表達在台日漁業協議後，讓廳採購食材、尤其是鮪魚的價格降了很多，特別感謝總統。

馬英九說，看了這封信之後很有成就感。因為他研究釣魚台問題已有40年，能夠得到解決，「我自己本身是很有成就感，但是看到人民也能夠肯定，那種安慰，可以說是千金難買。」

他指出，在總統這個工作上，發現真能為這個國家、人民做到一點事、幫忙解決問題，那種滿足感是其他很多工作得不到的。(新聞來源：中央社)
