督保盟發言人滕西華強調，CHECK & BALANCE的重要性，藥師不是在就好，如果其專業、靈魂不在，如何為民眾用藥安全把關?她說醫事人員是特許的行業，不是擁有執照就可以執業，即使同時具有中、西、牙醫證照，也只能擇一執業。目前醫事人力執業登記處所有嚴密規定，尤其台灣人用藥量多且用藥複雜，基於病人健康與安全上及公共利益的維護，應以一處為限。
