女性健康－壓力大 近2成婦女提早更年期

一名停經已經10多年的吳姓婦人，多年來持續出現發熱、心情煩躁等更年期症狀，四處就醫卻無法解決，最後尋求中醫治療，才獲得改善。中國醫藥大學附設醫院中醫師謝淑鳳說，現代人生活壓力大，有近2成婦女更年期提早報到，應該留意。

這名年近7旬的婦人說，10多年來飽受更年期症狀所苦，經常感到莫名發熱、連吹冷氣都無法解暑，更糟的是，下一個鐘頭又可能會覺得全身發冷、想躲進棉被裡，也因為這種忽冷忽熱的情況，導致失眠成為家常便飯，中、西醫都看過了，情況卻無法改善。

謝淑鳳指出，吳婦這種情況屬於腎陰陽兩虛的體質，較為少見，經對症下藥，吃了兩個循環的中藥後，她發熱、發冷的情況已經減緩，不會再一天到晚心煩氣躁，睡眠品質也獲得改善。

特別的是，一般定義更年期年齡約在45至55歲間，謝淑鳳說，但臨床上已發現，這幾年約有近2成來就醫的婦女，年齡只有40歲左右，就已經出現更年期情況，初步分析應該是因為現代人生活壓力太大，身體機能受影響，才使得更年期提早5年來報到。

謝淑鳳建議，平日應保持規律睡眠習慣，每天至少睡7個小時以上，也要多攝取山藥、秋葵等膠質多的食物，並且少吃油炸、辣的燥熱食物，可避免更年期提早來臨。
