醫學生躁症發作 智商變200

躁鬱症會讓人智商更高？中部一名就讀於某醫學院學生，躁鬱症發病時，休學了一年，沒想到醫師發現他在輕躁時期，智商居然超過兩百，不管多艱澀的教科書，在他眼中看來，卻有如童話故事般的簡單。

台灣阿斯特捷利康公司今天舉辦「撕裂的靈魂」大專平面設計比賽，台灣兒童青少年精神醫學會理事葉啟斌強調，躁鬱症並非精神分裂症疾病，如果適時治療，善用躁期的天份，很有可能成為下一個達文西、梵谷或是貝多芬。

該名醫學院學生在輕躁時期，智力增高，從原本的180，一下子跳到了兩百以上，就像是吃了聰明靈丹一樣，思緒清晰，理解能力超強，什麼事都難不倒他，讓醫師覺得不可思議。

狂躁期 圍棋一段變六段

同樣的情況也發生在一名大學圍棋社成員身上，他的圍棋功力原本只有一段，但到了狂躁期，功力卻大增，居然一下子跳到了六段以上實力，打遍了校園高手，功力之高，還能擔任指導老師。

葉啟斌指出，通常躁鬱症患者會歷經憂鬱、輕躁及狂躁等三階段，在憂鬱了幾個月之後，就會出現輕躁，在這個時候，整個人就像是嗑藥一樣，非常地HIGH，思緒敏捷，頭腦異常清晰。

就是因為感覺很不錯，大部分躁鬱症患者都不會就醫，甚至樂於其中，但一到了狂躁時，整個人就又變了一個樣，有人出現暴力行為，或是人際關係變差。

輕躁期 文思泉湧寫詩集

葉啟斌表示，曾經收治過一名躁鬱症大學生，喜歡寫文章新詩，但成績一般，但只要到了輕躁期，就如同脫胎換骨一般，文思泉湧，幾個月下來，甚至出版了一本詩集。

葉啟斌強調，青少年躁鬱病患通常有許多才華洋溢的創意表現，家長及同學們應該給予更多關注，而患者也應就醫，在適當的藥物診療下，躁鬱症患者創意及能量無限，或許將是另一個達文西。
