老花眼年輕化 35歲就霧煞煞

　年紀輕輕卻老眼昏花嗎？一項針對國內五十位眼科醫師的調查顯示，臨床上，老花眼病例從以往的四、五十歲才發生，如今下降到卅五歲。必須長時間近距離看電腦的工程師、老師與動畫師是提前老花的高危險群，尤其都會區女性更顯著，應定期接受視力檢查。

　一份九月份針對全台北、中、南五十名眼科醫師進行的「老花眼臨床病例調查」報告顯示，國人老花眼年齡下降，有人才卅歲就老花。造成老花眼年輕化的主因包括長時間近距離用眼、遠近交替用眼頻繁等。

　高危險群 工程師老師動畫師

　提前老花的族群多半是長時間使用電腦、長時間閱讀或大量專注於文書工作。前三大提早老花的職業依序是電腦工程師、老師與電玩動畫師，其他包括會計師、律師、廣告人等。

　不主動矯正老花眼的主因包括：怕戴了凸透鏡般的老花眼鏡看起來很老氣，影響外觀，或不想跟已配戴的近視眼鏡交替使用，嫌麻煩。

　都會女性 應該定期視力檢查

　三總眼科部主治醫師張雲翔說，老花眼是正常的退化，隨年齡增長，眼睛調節能力下降。正常眼睛看近距離物體時，睫狀肌必須收縮以改變水晶體的屈光度，讓光線聚焦在視網膜上，就是所謂的「調視」。

　而隨年齡增加，人眼「調視」能力也逐漸降低，四十歲是臨界點，近距離工作就需要輔助，也就是成了老花眼。如果以相機來比喻，年輕的眼睛可自動對焦的傻瓜相機，老花的眼睛變成需要手調對焦，看遠近不同的東西比較費力。

　自我測試 覺得模糊快找專家

　張雲翔說，老花眼有簡單的自我測試法，以身高一七○公分者為例，手臂向前伸直，若報紙拿在手肘處（約卅公分遠）可看清楚，表示視力正常；若報紙要「退後」到手肘與手掌間（約四十公分處）則可能有點老花；若要拉遠到手掌處（約離身體五十公分處）才能看到，就是有老花。

　提醒民眾，當年齡超過四十歲，看遠時不覺得視力變差，但看近變得模糊，最好找專業驗光師或眼科醫師視力檢查。

白內障是還沒有，可是近視加老花眼，看電腦極吃力，實在頭痛。

所以防強光相當重要.我不管是下雨天或大太陽.一定撐起洋傘遮陽防止皮膚老化.並且戴上太陽眼鏡防止白內障.平常就該保養.不然很容易老化.

還要記得吃葉黃素 (三八萌) 可以保護視網膜,廠商引用的Paper也有提到減緩白內障進行.
